After completing your online visit, you’ll receive a response from one of our US-based doctors within 24 hours (note that some states may require a live chat or video consultation). Once your order is processed, it will be sent to the dispensing pharmacy and shipped. In most cases, you should see your medication within one week.

Log in to your JoinTrim account to update your shipping address at any time. After your medication is shipped and delivered, you can update your address for future shipments.

Absolutely! Log in to your JoinTrim account to reorder or cancel anytime. Before your medication is refilled and billed to your credit card, you will be contacted. Once processed, your medication will be shipped.

Federal and state laws do not permit medication returns, so all sales are final once the medication has arrived to you. If you have any concerns, please create a ticket in the “Contact Us” section, and we’ll get back to you.
